Having a background in photography myself, I was very fussy about getting a competent photographer who was capable of capturing our wedding day the way I wanted - I could not have been more thrilled with the results!

The photographs that Jake produced looked like they belonged in a magazine; the way that he uses light to complement backgrounds and how his composition includes framing with tree branches or architecture really is spot on. Yet the incredibly high level of shots that he produced felt effortless to us on the day, Jake was such a pleasure to have around on the big day. We felt so comfortable with him and had complete confidence in his work following our pre-wedding shoot.

Nothing was too much trouble for Jake, he arrived bright and early when I was at the hairdresser and stayed all the way through to the dancing. He worked so hard, capturing not just the key moments but also many of the little details. The way that Jake presented the photographs in a personalised wooden box, containing a USB stick of the photographs, mini prints and even some love hearts make it a lovely memento. Our friends and family have been very complimentary about the photographs. For my husband and I, our favourite part was the slideshow set to music that Jake came over in person to show us.
